5. Warranty and Consumer Rights

5.2. If you receive a faulty or unsatisfactory product, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Cancellations and Returns
6.1. As a consumer, you may cancel and return products within 7 working days of receipt, without providing a reason.
6.2. If the return is not due to a fault or our error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
6.3. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale.

7. Subscriptions

7.3. Refunds for subscriptions are only provided where required by law or at our discretion.
