1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free UK shipping on orders over £30. For orders under £30:

  • £2.99 for Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked

  • £3.99 for Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked

2. How long will my order take to arrive?
We typically process orders within 1–2 working days. Shipping times vary:

  • 1st Class Tracked: 1–2 working days

  • 2nd Class Tracked: 2–4 working days

You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

3. Can I choose the scents in my subscription box?
Not at the moment — our subscription boxes are designed to be a monthly surprise! We carefully curate each box to introduce you to new and seasonal favourites.

4. Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All Wickharmony candles are:

  • Made from 100% natural soy wax

  • Vegan-friendly

  • Infused with premium fragrance and essential oils

  • Always cruelty-free

5. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised options?
Absolutely. Every candle is wrapped in premium wrapping paper. You can also include a personalised note at checkout to make your gift extra special.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding soon!

7. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns on most individual items within 7 working days. Subscription boxes and used candles are non-returnable unless faulty. Visit our Return Policy for full details.

8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us at wickharmony@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund ASAP.
