Wickharmony Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Wickharmony experience. If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work:


1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

You may return individual items within 14 working days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be in their original packaging

Note: Subscription boxes are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.


1.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used candles or partially burned items

  • Subscription boxes

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Gift cards


1.3 How to Return an Item

To start a return, email us at info@wickharmony.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Returns are completely free — we cover the cost of return shipping.

We still recommend using tracked delivery for peace of mind.


2. Refunds

2.1 Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit/gift card — your choice.

Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.


2.2 Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds for:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error


2.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card account

  • Contact your provider — processing can take time

  • Still no luck? Email us at info@wickharmony.co.uk


3. Exchanges

3.1 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll happily replace it. Just email us with photos and order details.


3.2 Size or Variant Changes

If you ordered the wrong size or want to upgrade (e.g. swap a small candle for a larger one), contact us. You'll need to pay the price difference and any additional shipping.


4. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@wickharmony.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will:

  • Replace the item where possible

  • Or refund your purchase (including return postage if applicable)


5. Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless faulty.


6. UK Returns Only

At this time, we only accept returns from within the UK. International orders are non-returnable unless otherwise stated.
